🐾 Meet Sweet Sammy! 🐾

Sammy is a 7-week-old dark grey beauty with a heart as big as her puppy eyes! 🥺 This little love bug is a true cuddle queen—her favorite place is right by your side, soaking up all the snuggles and attention she can get. ☺️

But don’t let her snuggly side fool you! Sammy loves playtime just as much, especially when she’s romping around with her brothers or chasing after her favorite toys. 🎾 At about 6 lbs now, she’s expected to grow into a medium to large-sized dog, perfect for anyone looking for a pup with plenty of love to give!

Sammy is excited to keep learning and will need some help with all the basics—potty training, crate training, and other puppy essentials. If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal companion who’s always up for fun and a snuggle session, Sammy just might be the perfect addition to your family! 🐶💜

OFR wants to be sure you and a prospective pet are the best match. We set-up meet and greets at the foster home to make sure it's love!

Additional adoption info

Each pet that is available for adoption is in a foster home for a minimum of 2 weeks after being rescued. This allows the animal to decompress and show their true personality, which in turn helps us find their best match.

Based in Rochester, NY our mission is to help animals find the right person to love and care for them. We rescue an estimated 550 dogs and 330 cats, annually, and that number is growing!
