Meet Oscar! 💙
He is 3 years old and under 10lbs! He’s a laid back quiet dude who is happy to chew on a bone, throw a toy around, or snuggle. He loves walks and is happy to greet new friends.

Oscar is working hard on potty training and not currently using a crate. He gets along great with doggy and kitty friends. He’d do best in a home with older children or adults.

He’s just a sweet little guy who wants to do life with you!

OFR wants to be sure you and a prospective pet are the best match. We set-up meet and greets at the foster home to make sure it's love!

Additional adoption info

Each pet that is available for adoption is in a foster home for a minimum of 2 weeks after being rescued. This allows the animal to decompress and show their true personality, which in turn helps us find their best match.

Operation Freedom Ride, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit, volunteer driven organization that rescues dogs (and cats, too). Based in Rochester, NY our mission is to help animals find the right person to love and care for them. We rescue an estimated 550 dogs and 330 cats, annually, and that number is growing!
