My name is Clover!

Clover has unfortunately lived in an environment with a lot of noise, vape smoke and weed smoke for 3 years. Her owner is mentally ill, and has decided that they can't take care of her anymore. She's very skittish in new places, but sweet when you earn her trust. Loves being petted, and kneading soft things like blankets or pillows. She has a tendency to hide, and hiss when a new person gets close to her, and walks low to the ground because she's so cautious. But I've never known her to scratch or bite. Her voice is light, like a kitten, and she has the sweetest purr. She hasn't been to the vet since early this year, when she was having health trouble due to dehydration and lack of food. We will give her topical flea medication. We're searching for an environment with experienced, gentle people who don't mind a quiet cat and who are willing to work with her to come out of her shell. We'll provide her litter box, litter, food, and anything else she has.
