My name is Maddie!

Maddie will love you forever!!

We took in Maddie as a stray back in June, and discovered shortly thereafter that she was pregnant. She gave birth to a litter in July, and we've decided what's best for our household is to keep one of the puppies and rehome her, sad as it will be to see her go.

Maddie is extremely intelligent, eager to please, loving, and high energy. She loves making sure our chickens don't go too far from home, as well as keeping predators away. She would do really well on a farm or somewhere else she'd have plenty of room to run around.

At the moment Maddie takes a little while to warm up to new people and dogs, but she is learning quickly, and getting more and more social every week. Nevertheless, because of her energy level and background as a street dog, we think she'd be best off with someone with a little more experience.
