Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Introducing sweet Leia! This girl is looking for an emotional support human. We have no idea what this girl's past was like, but she definitely has a healing journey ahead of her. She came in as a stray with Hans (adopted). She is slow to trust but once she does, she is a Velcro dog. She will need a patient home without a lot of hustle & bustle. Leia is about 50 lbs and we think she's a Dalmation/Pointer mix. She passed her cat test, had recall, and likes to chase a ball (we are working on fetch). Leia knows how to "sit" and has workable leash manners. Once she gets over her initial fear of new people, she is an absolute love muffin!
Come check out Leia and our other dogs available for adoption at 2650 Washington Blvd, Crescent City, CA 95531. Kennels are open Mon-Fri, 9AM-4PM, or by appointment.
An adoption application will be required from those interested in providing a fab furever home to Leia. Please call us at (707) 464-7235 for additional information. More photos of this dog may be available on the Dogs of Del Norte County Facebook page, where you can also find a link to our adoption application and message us with your inquiries.
