My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harris is a seven-month-old, seven-pound, amber-eyed silver and grey mackeral/marbled male tabby kitten looking for a loving guardian.

This little guy is sweet, gentle, playful and loving. He’s playful and fun with other energetic cats. He gets along beautifully with the resident dog; he doesn’t like being chased by overly energetic dogs.

He likes to hang out in the window to chirp to the neighborhood squirrels. He doesn’t even bother his foster mom’s plants. He loves sleeping in giant dog beds, and especially loves snuggling in bed with his foster mom. Although he is fascinated by moving toes under the blanket. Other hobbies include watching Matlock with his foster family and criticizing his foster mom’s parallel parking.

Found on the campus of Misericordia in Chicago, he has been lovingly cared for inside a foster home.

He has been perfect with his litter box, and great with his scratching post. He is very healthy, de-flead, de-wormed, neutered, vaccinated for distemper and rabies, virus-tested negative, and microchipped.

To meet and possibly adopt this adorable feline, please fill out an adoption application https://friendsofpetraits.com/cat-adoption-application/

After the application is complete, please contact friendsofpetraits@gmail.com to schedule an appointment to meet him.

His adoption fee of $175 benefits the Friends of Petraits Rescue. He is currently being fostered on Chicago’s north side.
