I will be arriving soon!

My name is Oscar and I am a 4 month old Texas Blue heeler that was relinquished by a breeder to a shelter in IN. I am still a little shy as everything is new to me and I am not sure why I am in an overcrowded shelter. I am learning to be confident and to trust.

I am a breeder release due to no fault of my own.

I am good with children and other animals.  

Please add a lotta unconditional love, sloppy kisses, tail wags and endless happiness to your family and contact adoptions@wagginghearts.org for an adoption application and bring me home.

I will come with the works (Neutered, spayed, up to date on everything, micro chipped, fecal, heart worm tested if age appropriate, monthly heartworm, flea and tick prevented, a free vet visit and medical insurance). What more could a new family ask for?
