Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Rufio is a 1.5 year old Shih Tzu. He was surrendered to us because the original dog in his home was reactive towards him, causing stress for both Oreo and his family. He also was in desperate need of a good groom/de-matting. We happily took this boy in and gave him all the TLC he needed. He is now freshly groomed, up to date on vaccines, has been tested for heartworms and parasites, and is ready for his forever home!
He is a very happy boy with lots of personality. He loves his toys and loves people as well! We have tested him with a couple of dogs here which he was fine with. He keeps his cage clean and goes potty on walks. He is still very young and we think he would do well in just about any home!
His adoption fee is $400. The adoption fee includes their care, de-worming, microchip, neuter, vaccines, fecal test, and preventatives up to the point of adoption.
In addition to their adoption fee, there is a $45 fee to cover the 6 months of heartworm prevention we will send home with each adoptee.
