Meet Snow!
Breed: Bichon Frise
Estimated DOB: 10/15/2019
Sex: Female - spayed
Weight: 6 lbs
Currently Up to day on all age appropriate vaccinations
Things To Know about Snow:
- Rescued from a Puppy mill situation in Mississippi
- Snow had to have her back right leg amputated after her foot was severely injured, likely caused by getting stuck and tangled in something. Despite her past and her amputation, she is active, quick, and uses ramps with ease.
- Extremely sweet and quiet; her true personality is still emerging as she decompresses.
- Sweet, snuggly, and ready to bring joy to the right family!
- Timid, but has met a few people at a recent event and enjoyed being petted and snuggled once approached
- Recently met Santa at an event, did wonderfully meeting new people, and walked confidently at the brewery.
- Low energy for now but enjoys trotting and investigating while outside.
- Loves being outside and exploring on a leash; much more confident outdoors than indoors.
- Currently using a puppy pen where she sleeps and stays when alone
- Currently working on housetraining and will require continued, consistent housetraining habits to establish a good routine
- Dog friendly - coexists peacefully with other dogs (does not engage in play)
- Cat friendly - no interest
- Looking for patient and understanding forever family who can show Snow the world is not such a scary place
