My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Boudin!

Boudin is an adorable female pit mix puppy, born in August 2024, with a playful and sweet personality. This little bundle of joy is young enough to adapt to any home and is eager to become part of a loving family.

Boudin has already had some fun socializing at Daisy's Pet Playground for daycare, where she showed off her friendly and fun-loving nature. She’s the perfect companion for an active family ready to shower her with love and guidance as she grows.

Ready to welcome Boudin into your home? Apply to adopt her at ITVrescue.org!

All of our dogs are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heartworm tested and treated if necessary.

More about this shelter

It Takes A Village Rescue, Inc. is a non-kill 501(c)(3) rescue dedicated to doing what it takes to find loving homes for stray, abandoned, and surrendered animals, and to keep these animals safe and free from further suffering. Our mission is "To work as one in helping homeless animals irrespective of breed, location or circumstance." By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, veterinarians and partner rescues or shelters, we are able to rescue countless animals every year and provide them with loving temporary care as we work to find them well-matched forever homes. Although we do not discriminate based on breed, size or color, we have a particular interest in bully breeds, special medical needs, senior dogs, black dogs and other hard-to-place animals.
