Introducing Alfie

He is a little over 2 months now and he’s ready to find his family. Alfie is a male chihuahua mix and he’s all puppy. Him and his sisters eat, potty,sleep, play & repeat!He is up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped and his neuter is scheduled. He will need guidance to learn puppy manners. Such as potty, kennel, and when appropriate, leash training. As a puppy, Alfie gets along with all sized dogs and people and we believe he will do fine with cats.

In some circumstances, meeting the dog and a home check are done at the same time if the dog is ready to be adopted. We do have conversation with potential adopters prior to them meeting the dog. If they are interested in adopting a puppy who is not ready for adoption (not altered, not UTD, etc) they are able to put a hold on the pup until ready for adoption.

Pathways for Paws was founded in October 2019. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill, animal welfare organization.

Our mission is to make spay/neuter & vaccinations affordable to those in our communities. By achieving this, we will help prevent the neglect & abuse of dogs. All dogs in our care are spay/neutered, given the age appropriate vaccinations and microchipped before going to their FURever families.

We work with rescues & fellow animal advocates to continue growing a network of volunteers and supporters.
