My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Put Short Bio here:
Fill out all below:
Personality & Characteristics: French onion souo (aka fos) is the most cuddly loving dog. She loves to cuddle for hours,  be with her humans, and get lots of tummy rubs! When we first got her she was so scared, but she quickly warmed up and is so much more confident now. She loves playing with us, but is also good and patient when we are WFH. She was able to sleep all night in her crate the first night, and is definitely house trained. She seems so grateful to be in a loving home and will show you it. She quickly warmed up to my friends once she felt comfortable with them. She loves sitting on us, whenever someone sits on the couch she loves going over and plopping on them.
My foster dog is good with: (Dogs, Kids, Cats): not sure
My foster dog is: (Crate trained, House trained, Low shed): house trained, low shed
3 Keywords for your pup: lovable, playful, loyal
Energy Level (1= calm, 10= high energy): 6 (she definitely is a cuddle monster, but also needs daily physical activity)
Barker? Or Quiet Pup?: Quiet, she only has barked when a new person is at the door
Walking Manners: She is definitely adjusting to the the city. She loves to run so tends to pull on the leash and get a bit overstimulated. She loves to chase after birds. She is very curious, but her walking has been improving everyday
Appetite: normal
Does the following: (Gets car sick, nervous outside, has separation anxiety, hates the bath, none of the above): none really
Favorite Things: Loves playing with her humans and getting tummy/head rubs. And chasing birds
Commands/Tricks: she can sit sometimes (def with treats!)

ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at  WaldosRescue.org  and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog.  We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs.

Waldos Rescue Pen is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill shelters throughout the United States
