My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bagel, the charming 5-month-old bundle of joy! This lively pup combines playful energy with snuggle bug charm. Bagel adores toys, cozy beds, treats and snacks, and delights in sniffing adventures and yard explorations.

He's making great strides in training, mastering "sit" for treats and following a regular potty schedule. Bagel sleeps soundly through the night in his kennel without accidents, but he will use puppy pads during the day if he doesn't get outside in time.

Bagel would thrive in an active family with other dog-friendly companions who cherish playtime and cuddles.

Bagel will come with age-appropriate vaccines, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on heartworm prevention. His adoption fee is $250.

More about this rescue

Lucky 13 Rescue is a federal 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the rescue and aid of homeless and neglected dogs in the Kansas City metro and surrounding rural areas. We do not limit our efforts to a specific breed, but rather strive to assist any dog that is facing neglect, homelessness, abuse or death. Our ultimate goal is to rehabilitate each canine in our care through placement in loving fosters homes until they can be carefully matched with adoptive families.
