My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Freckles, the adorable 5-month-old Beagle! This charming pup excels at snuggling and playtime, boasting puppy energy with a relaxed side. Freckles loves toys, cozy beds, treats, snacks and foodie delights. He enjoys sniffing adventures, yard runs and cuddles galore, especially tummy and ear rubs.

Freckles is thriving in training, knowing how to sit for treats and following a regular potty schedule. He sleeps soundly through the night in his kennel without accidents, but he will use puppy pads throughout the day if he can't get out in time.

Ideally, Freckles would thrive in an active family with other dog-friendly companions. His owners should enjoy playtime and snuggles!

Freckles will come with age-appropriate vaccines, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on heartworm prevention. His adoption fee is $250.

More about this rescue

Lucky 13 Rescue is a federal 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the rescue and aid of homeless and neglected dogs in the Kansas City metro and surrounding rural areas. We do not limit our efforts to a specific breed, but rather strive to assist any dog that is facing neglect, homelessness, abuse or death. Our ultimate goal is to rehabilitate each canine in our care through placement in loving fosters homes until they can be carefully matched with adoptive families.
