Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
We recently rescued Alexa, a 2yo tricolor Beagle, with her litter of 6 puppies, they came to us when they were 2 weeks old. We were told by the family that had them that they didn’t have time to take care of the babies and apparently no time for the mom either so they were all surrendered to us. They only kept their male Beagle, who is the father of the babies.
They’re all doing great! They had worms when they arrived, but after the deworming treatment we gave them they’re all good and we haven’t seen any more worms.
The puppies’ DOB is Oct 5th, they’re currently 6 weeks old, they’re now eating puppy kibble as we start the weaning process.
We’re hoping to place them in adoption once they turn 8 weeks old (by the first weekend of December).
Alexa will be ready to be adopted around the same timing, we’re planning to get her spayed in about 1-2 more weeks.
Included with the puppies adoption:
* Wellness exam by our Veterinarian (at 8 weeks old)
* First puppy vaccine - DHPP (at 8 weeks old)
* Dewormings up to date (2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks old)
* Puppy passport with their vaccine/deworming info
* Litter fecal test (at 8 weeks old)
* Microchip with lifetime enrollment (AKC reunite)
* Puppy collar
* Puppy blanket
* Adoption contract
* Some of their current food (Diamond Naturals - Small breed puppy: Chicken and rice formula
Note: We don’t spay/neuter puppies younger than 6 months old, for their safety. The adopters must take them to their Vet to perform this procedure once they’re old enough and let us know when that’s done.
If you’re interested in adopting one of this puppies feel free to fill out our adoption application form and we’ll get back to you.
To place a hold on a puppy, we require to sign the adoption paperwork and place a deposit towards their adoption fee, to ensure adoption commitment, so we close the adoption applications for said puppy.
Pick up will be in San Diego, CA in 2 more weeks.

Additional adoption info
We set up an appointment to meet our available dogs that are ready to be adopted, with potential adopters after their application has been approved. If the dog is a good fit at the meeting appointment, the dog can go home the same day.
We also offer transportation options when the potential adopter is far away and can’t come to meet / pick up a dog from us. Feel free to reach out if interested in adopting but would need transportation.
