Hi! My name is Maple, and I'm a 7-week-old girl who is just starting to find my paws in this big world! I may be tiny, but I've got a big heart full of love. I'm getting more confident every day and I'm a little goofy too-my favorite thing is playing with my siblings and exploring new things! I'm still learning about house training, but I'm working on it. I'm also still getting used to my puppy teeth, so I like to chew on little toys and ropes. I love cuddles and attention, and I'll happily snuggle up whenever you're ready to give me some love. I'm great with kids and would love to be part of a family who can give me all the snuggles and playtime I need. I've never met a cat or another dog outside of my siblings yet, but I'm sure I'd be a good friend once I'm used to them. I do have a crate and pen, but I'd much rather be hanging out with people, having fun, and getting lots of cuddles. If you're looking for a sweet, goofy little pup, I'm your girl!

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

Application and more info may be found at: peaklabrescue.com/adopt. Please allow 24 hours for your application to be reviewed.

2.
Meet the Pet

If approved, you will be given the foster's contact info. WE DO NOT SHIP DOGS. You must come to Apex, NC (near Raleigh) to meet in person.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

If it's a match you can take your dog home that day. Our Adoption Fee is $325 and you must complete and sign our Adoption Agreement.

4.
Take the Pet Home

If you return the dog within 7 days of adoption you may receive a refund of $275. A $75 administrative fee is required to cover our costs.

Additional adoption info

You will receive the dog's Vet records via email 7-10 days after adoption. You will receive the dog's microchip info and rabies tag (if appropriate) via USPS about 2 weeks after adoption.

Our Mission is to end dog homelessness in North Carolina. We save Lab Mixes and other dogs from abuse, neglect, abandonment, and high-kill shelters.
