Serena is part Maine Coon. She has a unique color that is rare, described as a black ghost tabby with undertones of light gray. She is about 21 pounds and is on a weight management diet. She is not a cat that likes other cats. She is finicky and moody. Serena is not the cuddliest of cats, but loves to sit by you or rub your feet with her face. We rescued Serena in a storm which frightened her so much that she hides when it is thundering. When people come to visit, Serena hides. She is afraid of strangers. No one could guess we had a cat since she keeps to herself. Serena was born in April of 2019, making her six years old in April of 2025. In the last year we have rescued three male kittens that were abandoned in a rent house. When we brought the boys inside, Serena has been unhappy. She spent the first ten months of having the boys here hiding in one room, coming out only at night since we put the boys in a separate room at night.
