My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We adopted penny from a family on Craigslist when she was about 4months old. I met the family at a Home Depot parking lot. The teen boys that pulled her out of the car were so mean to her.. she was growling and angry. I wasn't going to leave her with them so I brought her home. Well.. after bringing her home we found her fear of loud boisterous people.. she take a bit to warm up to them, or shell lurl from across the house huffing and puffing because a loud person is in her home.

She's truly amazing with kids! We have an 11year old, a 9year old, and 3 year old. She's been with us for 7 years now and the only hiccup is she's really protective of the kids... even to our other senior dog. Our other senior dog still has so much puppy in her sometimes that she bounds and leaps.. Penny doesn't like this nonsense around her kids so she winds up pinning the other dog down to the ground. She's never drawn blood, but does not like chaos around her little people.

Please message for more.
