My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Monica from Fund Development is a sweet and spirited kitten who’s ready to invest all her energy into play and cuddles! She arrived with her siblings and is looking for a home that can provide plenty of fun, interactive toys, climbing spots, and all the attention she deserves.

Monica is social and loves spending time with her humans and fellow feline friends, whether one of her siblings or your resident cat. She’ll need a lot of playtime to keep her busy and help her thrive.

If you`re looking for a kitten who knows how to grow a relationship full of love and laughter, Monica from Fund Development is ready to be your new best friend!

More about this shelter

CONNECTING LIVES SINCE 1922

From our earliest beginning, Calgary Humane Society was more than a shelter. As Calgary’s first-established animal welfare organization, connecting the lives of animals and people while providing essential animal services to the community remains our central priority.

Today, Calgary Humane Society (CHS) shelters almost 5,000 homeless animals each year. In 1922 we set out to help as many animals as we can and we will continue to do so by fostering the values of respect, compassion, commitment, teamwork, integrity and innovation.

Our mission is to help as many animals as we can.

Our vision is using innovative strategies to lead, inspire, and educate in the humane treatment of companion animals, fostering an enlightened community that consistently demonstrates respect and compassion for all animals.

Our dream is a community where animals are valued, humanely treated, and live enriched lives.

Calgary Humane Society is committed to creating a better tomorrow through education and collaboration.
