Meet Tuffy!

Oh little Tuffy! He has captured our hearts. This little guy was surrendered by his owner. They have Tuffy's mom who had an accidental litter. Mom is a little itty bitty pitty mix and is around 35 lbs. We're not sure who Tuffy's dad was but it seems like he was a smaller breed dog. Tuffy as a result is an adorable fella with the cutest face.

Tuffy is such a sweet little guy. He is engaging, cuddly, playful, affectionate - everything you could possibly want in a dog. We think he will grow to a medium size when full grown. We think he will love to have a dog friend in his forever home, but will probably do fine as an only dog also.

Tuffy will be vaccinated, chipped and dewormed. He will be neutered between 8-12 months of age at our cost. His adoption fee is $525

We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495. Thank you for stepping up to save a life!

Submit Application

Please submit an application via our website for the dog you are interested in.

2.
Meet the Pet

Once we receive your application we will arrange a meet and greet for you with the dog in their foster home.

3.
Take the Pet Home

After the meet and greet, if all goes well, we offer a two week trial adoption to ensure the dog is indeed a good match for you.

Additional adoption info

All applicants have a two-week trial adoption period. If the trial adoption is successful, a final adoption contract is signed.

Saving Great Animals is a match-making rescue. All of our dogs are in foster homes and we work with you to help you find your best match. All of our dogs are vaccinated, chipped and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. All applicants have the opportunity to do a two-week trial adoption to ensure the dog is the right match for you.
