My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

It's tough to describe just how cute this little guy and his sister are! His giant eyes and round face are sure to give you cute aggression, not to mention his friendly nature. He's keen to hop on your lap or chest, purring away, angling for every pet he can get.

Elijah is on the higher end of the energy scale, so he must have another young (under the age of 3), energetic cat at home to help get out his energy. He would do well with other cats and dogs with a proper intro and should be fine with kiddos too.

If you do not have another young cat at home, Elijah must be adopted with his sister Ruth. To meet him, please submit an adoption application.

We are foster-based, so animals are visited in foster homes. We do not hold pets for adopters. They must go home when signing the adoption contract.

More about this rescue

Denver Kittens is focused on reducing animal suffering by pulling animals from high-euthanasia shelters, particularly harder-to-adopt animals, such as those with FIV or bonded pairs, and finding them loving homes in the Denver Metro Area. We also aim to reduce over-population, and therefore reduce animal suffering and euthanasia, by supporting trap, neuter, return efforts in our community and increasing access to spay and neuter.
