Meet Indigo, a beautiful 2-month-old dilute tortoiseshell with a gentle spirit that’s still unfolding. When she first arrived at the shelter, Indigo was understandably scared, keeping her distance and trying to defend herself with quick little bites. But with time, patience, and the support of her dedicated caretakers, Indigo has made incredible progress. She now allows staff to handle her and has become more curious about affection. She loves rubbing against you for attention, but she`s still cautious, quick movements or hands coming at her too fast will make her shy away. As a young kitten, Indigo will thrive in a calm, indoor-only environment where she can continue to grow comfortable and confident in her own time.
