Bluto and his five friends were left behind when their owner was evicted. Six beautiful cats, quite well cared for, all of them gentle and friendly. Bluto was a bit scared at first, hissed a few times at people but being a smart, well brought up and good cat, he understood quickly that we were on his side and wanted the best for him. Why would we give him so many treats(Bluto loves to eat) if we did not love him? Bluto is really a friendly young cat, a long legged tuxedo in a shiny suit and white boots. He is trim, handsome and lets you know that you are most welcome, leans into pets and purrs galore. He is curious too and would love to explore his surroundings...Yep, Bluto is a great cat who will make a beautiful, affectionate, playful and awesome pet for many years to come. He is waiting for you at the Manhattan Care Center.
What my friends at ACC say about me:
p>Bluto was in the den, but quickly came out and forward at the sound of the treat bag being shaken. He hissed briefly and then began eating squeeze up and allowed all petting along his head and back while eating, and after the food ran out. He gave another single hiss when briefly appearing to be startled then continued to appreciate petting. He was very curious about life outside the kennel. Pick up was not attempted. He remained outside the den after the kennel door was shut. He is very treat motivated.
Bluto interacts with the observer, solicits & appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. We recommend that he go to a home with some cat experience preferred and be well counseled in nervousness/confliction. It is possible he will have adjusted by the time he is adopted.
