Meet Bowie, a lively 1-year-old Pitbull who was found as a stray on 11/1/24. Bowie is full of energy and excitement, especially when playing with toys. He`s very vocal during playtime and doesn`t mind if someone grabs his toy—he`s treat-motivated and will happily trade his toy for a treat. Bowie can jump really high and enjoys being attention, though he does tend to jump on people when he`s eager for you to throw the toy.
Bowie loves to play with other dogs and is very loose and wiggly when meeting new friends. He did well with Dan, another dog, showing his playful and bouncy side. Bowie even handled Dan`s attempts to dominate him with a calm and friendly demeanor. With medium puppy energy, Bowie is always ready for fun.
When introduced to cats, Bowie was curious but cautious. He approached a stray cat and, after a brief nose-to-nose encounter, backed away when the cat tried to swat at him. Bowie then sniffed the cat again before walking away, showing that he can be gentle and respectful around cats. Bowie is looking for a loving home where he can continue to play, explore, and share his joyful spirit!
