Daisy is a very affectionate girl with lots of energy to get out. She does eventually settle down and will lay next to you. The perfect blend of playful and cuddly! She was used for a couple litters and then found as a stray. She knows basic commands and is very eager to please. She loves running around the back yard and playing tag with our own dog and just wants to be chased back. Unfortunately for her, he would rather play with his herding ball.
We have a cat that she was suspicious of at first, but now they get along well—they even give kisses to each other! Daisy is kennel trained. At first she will whine for few minutes and then will settle down. She does get bored, even with a Kong, so the kennel can’t have much in it or she will chew on it.
The shelter Daisy came from said she loves people of all ages and sizes, but we have not tested her around little kids.
Daisy is up to date on her shots and is spayed. At the shelter, she tested positive for heart worms but has completed her intial treatment and has started the slow kill treatment.
Overall, she is such a sweet girl who is very affectionate! If you are interested in getting to know Daisy, we are in Virginia Beach. Please email Conner and Elisabeth at grg.gsd15@gmail.com to schedule a time to meet her!
