Grasshopper is an adorable, tiny 5-month Chihuahua and the smaller sister of Ladybug, Grasshopper has no tail, a unique trait that adds to her charm. Rescued from a hoarding situation in South Texas, Grasshopper has proven to be a loving and affectionate pup who adores cuddles and wins hearts everywhere she goes. She’s ready to find a forever home where she can share her sweetness and warmth. Could Grasshopper be the perfect addition to your family?

The Chasing Sunshine Dog Rescue adoption donation is $595.00. This includes: spay/neuter (at our vet), vaccines (dhpp, bordetella, rabies), microchip, health certificate, fecal test and our dogs are on preventatives for fleas/ticks/heartworm.

Out of state adopters must also pay for an interstate health certificate to their state. (This is typically around $75.00)
