I am a mellow, sweet lady once you have entered my social bubble! It takes me time to warm up, but I am cuddly once I am comfortable!

I will need a slow introduction to my new home and litter box. I was understandably worried when I first arrived here at the shelter. It is recommended that my adopter be cat-savvy and comfortable reading cat-body language, and should plan to have a room set up for me, and gradually give me access to the rest of the home as I settle in and become comfortable in my new surroundings. Expectations should be kept low, understanding that I will need time and patience to come out of my shell. I have a history of hiding from visitors, so a low-traffic home on the quieter side is recommended.

I did not get along with the other cat in my previous home, so it is recommended that I be the only house pet.

The shelter is open Tuesday through Thursday from noon - 4:30 pm, with no appointment needed to meet available cats.
