Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Boo Boo is currently in foster care and ready for adoption! To begin the process, please submit an adoption survey and the team will reach out via email to schedule a counseling call (please check spam). For any additional questions, please contact fosternyc@bestfriends.org.
*Please note we do not hold animals for adoption*
Boo Boo is a cute and playful 1-year-old female tabby. She is here with her brother, Spooky, and they love to play together! We encourage you to consider keeping them together if possible but they can be adopted separately. Boo Boo's sweet nature and fun-loving personality make her a wonderful addition to any home.
Her foster says "Boo Boo is a sweet, curious girl ... I often wake up to her curled up next to me, and once she realizes I’m awake she’ll enthusiastically cuddle and want me to pet her. Like her brother, Boo Boo tends to drool when she’s being pet, which after researching I learned is quite normal and just shows she’s content and relaxed, so I’ll take it as a compliment! She doesn’t like sudden movements or noises, and even if I approach her slowly she’ll run away and hide (like we weren’t just BFFs in the morning!!!) but she can be lured with a Churu. She likes playtime, especially the wand with the feathers and bells, and will take turns with her brother to swat at it. When she is out and about I often catch her sunbathing in a pet bed or watching the scene out the window! Overall she’s very sweet, shy, and low maintenance. ".
Boo Boo has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and given preventative treatments to ensure she's healthy and ready for her new family.
