Little Kittle is about 3 years old and just over 10 pounds.
Little Kittle is extremely snuggly and waiting for the perfect lap. Although he is definitely a lap dog, he has a lot of energy and would benefit from being in an active home so he can get out for daily long hikes. He is highly trainable and eager to learn. Walks well on leash and comes when called. Good with cats and chickens. Gets along with other dogs, and after a few weeks he started playing with his smaller female foster sister and we think he would be a perfect companion for a female dog. He is learning to be comfortable left alone (with other dogs at home) but he is not a candidate for being left alone all day.
Little Kittle has been working on his house training and is learning quickly; his foster reports that he is about 95% there. His foster will provide a training session to his local adopter.
Grateful Dogs Rescue incurs substantial veterinary and other expenses in rescuing our dogs. In order to recoup some of these costs, we request a tax-deductible donation for each adoption. The suggested donation for Little Kittle is $300.
If you are interested in adopting Little Kittle, please complete our online adoption application at https://www.gratefuldogsrescue.org/adoption-process/ . One of our volunteers will get back to you. Adoptions are local, confined to the SF Bay Area.
