My name is HENNESSY!

Meet Hennessy - known to her friends as Henny - the sweetest pup around, ready to shower her humans with love, kisses, and boundless puppy energy!

Henny is a true people-person (or, should we say, people-dog). While she does get along with other dogs, her heart belongs to humans. In playgroups, Henny is often spotted following the volunteers and staff, wagging her tail with that “look at me” charm. When she`s not playing tag with the humans, she’s known for her energetic `hoppy` play style, but she’s also just as happy simply watching the fun unfold from afar. We think she’d likely enjoy a dog sibling but would also be thrilled to be the center of attention in a one-and-only pet home.

Now, don’t let her laid-back moments fool you - Henny is bursting with puppy energy! She would love a home with some structure, where she can channel her zest into daily walks, games of fetch, and plenty of toy time. Speaking of walks, on walks with volunteers she’s been a social butterfly, always excited to greet new people with her signature full-body wiggle. She may tug on the leash now and then, and she’s got a keen eye for squirrels, so a no-cat household is best. But Henny listens well and redirects easily, so she’s sure to charm you with her trainability.

Henny is also a road trip enthusiast - car rides are her jam! Smart, food-motivated, and eager to learn, Henny has already perfected “sit” and can’t wait to pick up more tricks with her forever humans.
