My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet beautiful Mia, who is around a 2-years old floof with has super soft coat. She is a bit timid with new people, will need sometime to warm up to you and her new doggie friends, will mostly keep to herself at the beginning. Mia is very petite and gentle, can be cautious and reserved in a new environment. She’s calm and mellow, gets along with other dogs, as long as they respect her space. She’ll ask to be pet and seek for affection once she warms up to you. Mia has a low energy, can get a bit overwhelmed with a large pack. She would be good in a home as the solo dog, or with another mid to low energy calm pup, or her best friend Dodger. She may not like being around hard playing young male pups. She is fine eating with the other pups that know not to go after another pups food. Mia is mostly house trained, but please expect accidents for any pup to be in new environment. Mia was rescued from deathrow after her family dumped her at a highkill shelter in Southern California. So glad we’re able to save her life so she can have thrive in a better future with a family who adores her! Mia has been spayed, microchipped and current on vaccines. She is ready to join her loving forever home for the holidays! Are you ready for her?
Currently being fostered in Hawk, CO.
