Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Spooky is currently in foster care and ready for adoption! To begin the process, please submit an adoption survey and the team will reach out via email to schedule a counseling call (please check spam). For any additional questions, please contact fosternyc@bestfriends.org.
*Please note we do not hold animals for adoption*
Spooky is a fun and playful 1-year-old male tabby with a lively personality and endless charm. Whether he's chasing after toys or exploring his surroundings, Spooky is sure to bring joy and energy to any home. He is here with his sister Boo Boo, they like to play together. We encourage you to consider keeping them together if possible but they can be adopted separately.
His foster says "Spooky is a darling, gentle boy who becomes adorably chatty when he comes over to request my attention several times a day. His ridiculously soft fur makes it easy to give in, and he’ll sweetly grab my hand and roll onto his back for belly rubs! He particularly loves face/chin scratches, and he doesn’t mind having his paws played with. He’ll often start purring and making biscuits and suckling on his arm while he’s being pet. He also loves play time, and seems to enjoy a wide variety of toys. Like Boo Boo he’s also a little skittish, but won’t hide when he runs away. He’s a sweetie, and I think the siblings very much enjoy being together. They also both love meal time, and will come and pace in the kitchen once they hear the crack of the food can opening.".
Spooky has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and given preventative treatments to ensure he's healthy and ready for his new family.
