Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Meet Jay, an adorable Shepherd mix puppy saved from a high-kill shelter with his mom and six siblings. He is a tricolor and his birthday is October 1, 2024. Jay is a true people-lover who thrives on affection and will happily curl up in your lap for snuggles. He’s healthy, friendly, and great with dogs, kids, and even cats, making him the perfect addition to any family. Jay’s coat features some of the most stunning colors we've ever seen—he’s a real showstopper! Expected to grow to about 55-60 lbs., Jay is ready to bring love and joy to his forever home.
All ARRF adoptees will have up-to-date shots, be microchipped, and will have been spayed/neutered when they become adoptable. Puppies should be good with gentle children, dogs, and cats. Although Jay’s housetraining is in progress, all puppies will need to be housetrained.
Puppies need attention, so prospective adopters should have someone either at home during the day or be able to make frequent visits during the day. ARRF strongly encourages puppy adopters to enroll in positive reinforcement classes as early as possible. It will make a tremendous difference in your mutual appreciation and enjoyment of each other.
Jay will be available for adoption starting November 26th—don’t miss out on this handsome pup! Call, text, or email his foster mom, Dana: (760) 519.-5532 or jtnardi1@msn.com.
