My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Carti! He is a young, active dog looking for a forever home where he can thrive with a bit of structure and routine. He recently spent time in a foster home to gain some healthy weight and showed off his amazing personality!

Carti is crate trained (though he might whine a little at first) and nearly house trained, having very few accidents after settling in. He’s working on leash manners and responds well to corrections. Carti is a rough-and-rowdy player with other dogs, making him a better companion for a fellow playful pup!

This social and active guy loves chew toys and rope toys for tug-of-war but is just as happy hanging out on the couch with his people. Carti’s steady energy level and eagerness to please make him a great fit for an active home that can provide structure and a loving routine.

While Carti hasn’t met cats or kids yet, he’s ready to meet new friends and create lasting bonds in his forever home.

If you’re looking for a playful and loving companion, Carti is ready to be your new best friend!
