She’s a playful, affectionate young adult who loves to engage with people and will happily curl up with you after a fun play session. Savana enjoys both her quiet time and the occasional burst of playful energy, and she’ll brighten your day with her gentle nature and loving purrs.
How much does it cost to adopt? Savana`s adoption price is $50, with an additional $50 charge as she is already spayed. She was also vaccinated for rabies so she could go on area meet-and-greet visits, so a $23 charge has been added to cover the cost of the vaccine. The total cost to adopt is $123.

All animals adopted from the Huron Humane Society receive a free vet visit from your choice of one of our three Alpena Veterinary clinic partners, as well as the peace of mind of knowing your new furry family member is up-to-date on vaccinations and preventative treatments.

The Huron Humane Society works to care for and find permanent homes for homeless dogs and cats of Alpena County. We provide for the medical and behavioral needs of the animals in our care. We can house up to 20 dogs and 60 cats at one time. We are about 85% privately funded and not affilitated with any other organiation.
