My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Winston, a young ball of energy and affection. His playful nature shines through in his love for games of fetch and tug-of-war. He`s not all energy, though. Winston is also a cuddle bug who loves nothing more than snuggling up next to you for a cozy nap. His friendly demeanor makes him a hit with everyone he meets. He`s quick to make friends and always greets you with a wagging tail and a playful bark. Winston`s zest for life is infectious, and he`s sure to bring joy and laughter into any home. His cheerful and affectionate nature makes him the perfect companion. Winston is waiting for a family to share his love and playfulness with. Adopt Winston and let his joy brighten your life.

More about this shelter

We are an open admissions shelter, meaning we take in homeless animals regardless of age, breed, health, temperament or lack of space. On average, we take in about 5,500 stray, surrendered and abandoned animals per year including dogs, cats, small mammals, birds and reptiles. We provide adoption services to find safe, happy homes for these pets; and also provide low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics to help safeguard them against illness or being lost forever.
