His name may be Shorty but this guy isn’t short on love to give. This is the gentlest 7 year old guy that made himself right at home at his foster home. He will cuddle you on the couch but also give you your space. Shorty is unbothered by other dogs but is still warming up to the crate or using a leash on walks. He is pending his neuter and a teeth cleaning but once he’s recovered, he will be ready to find his people. Just look at those eyes, you can’t resist him!

Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization with focus on rescue and adoption of pure breed Dachshunds.
