My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Coco is a spunky, sweet dog with a whole lot of personality! Coco’s combination of energy, smarts, and affection makes her a truly special dog who will bring love and adventure into any home lucky enough to have her.

Reason for Foster: Mass Removal & Rear Leg Lameness

Foster Time Frame: 2+ weeks

Foster Care Plan: Coco recently had a mass removed from her left shoulder. Additionally, she is being monitored for lameness in her rear let which was reported to us by a previous foster. She will go home with medications to be given daily and will occasionally have to return to the shelter for vet exams as our medical team continues to check on her condition.

Foster to Adopt: Coco is available through our Foster to Adopt program, which allows pets awaiting or undergoing medical treatment to be placed with prospective adopters before they are made available for adoption. If you are interested in becoming a foster, please visit https://www.operationkindness.org/foster/ or email us at foster@operationkindness.org to learn more.
