Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kayce is a very sweet, 4.5 month old, male pittie mix. He’s joined MHCR from a very small, high kill shelter in an under served area in Texas. He and his siblings were facing euthanasia due to lack of staffing at their shelter when a local rescue came in to help network them.

Kayce is in foster in Mead, Colorado.

*We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs. *

Mile High Canine Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)3, Colorado non-profit organization established in 2019. We are 100% volunteer run and foster home based. MHCR aims to provide abandoned, neglected, and abused dogs a loving home to grow and learn in until a suitable forever home is found. While in foster care, our dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested/treated, microchipped, and vaccinated. We rescue dogs from Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico.
