Im Cameo, a very special girl. On my front feet i have 3 toes on one side and 2 toes on the other, also my tial is kinked. Please dont feel bad for me, as i still play hard with my brother Dorado. More about this shelter

Van Wert is a small rural community. The Van Wert County Humane Society has seen hard times in the past but since the Humane Society is under a new board, things have changed for the better and we work hard to care for and adopt the animals at the shelter. We have a small base of volunteers that will come and spend time with the animals at the shelter. We take donations of any sort, and the Humane Society is 501c3.
