My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet ELI! šŸ¾
This adorable lab terrier is full of curiosity and love. Eli has the most expressive dark eyes and he loves to be talked to like a baby. He would be perfectly happy if you strapped him on your chest and walked around all day. Eli is also very satisfied hanging on your lap when you settle down on the couch with the remote. If he is not on your lap he will be right by your side like a tiny little shadow taking in everything he can learn about the big ole world. This boy doesnā€™t have a shy bone in his body and never meets a stranger. Need a friend to brighten up your day, life and whole world? Eli is the one for you. This sweet boy is approx. 10 wks old and full of unending personality. He is ready to shower his new family with endless cuddles.
šŸ’– Personality:
Goofy, playful and energetic. Eli is really good on his own as well with his foster mate. He makes a day of playing and sleeping all by his little self when foster mom is busy. Hhe is great with all people and other dogs and would do great in a home where someone has time to play and teach him all kinds of social skills and tricks. Eli is smart, quick to learn and eager to please, making training both fun and rewarding.
šŸ” Ideal Home:
Eli would do great in a family that loves to have a constant companion. Hhe would be fine in a home with or without other dogs. His favorite thing is YOU. If you looking for a life-long companion and friend this little munchkin is perfect for you.
If youā€™re ready to give Eli a lifetime of belly rubs, treats, and a cozy bed, please reach out! Letā€™s find this sweet pup the forever home he deserves. šŸ¶šŸ’• Once adopted he will travel via the Rescue Transport to her new family. They travel each and every weekend from Memphis, Tennessee to the north east, delivering pups along the way as far north as West Greenwich, Rhode Island. Transport is an additional $185. If you would like to make this cutie part of your family please follow the link below to our adoption application. Our turnaround time is typically less than 24 hours so please be prepared before you submit your application.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process starts right here ā€“ you finding yourself your new best friend and family member. Once you have found one of these beautiful souls we ask that you complete an adoption application.

Once the application has been approved, the selection process begins. As with any adoption, we want to ensure our dogs are going into the best fit home ā€“ not only for them, but for you as well. Pet adoption is a big commitment and we want to make sure these dogs donā€™t endure anymore hardships than they already have.

The final step in the adoption process is the spay/neuter contract (assuming the puppy is too young or unable to be spayed or neutered at the time of adoption).

Once the adoption process has been finalized and we have received payment, we will make reservations for transport to your area. **Please note: Most of our dogs are fostered in Memphis, TN - our transport runs about once every other week to the Midwest.**

More about this rescue

We are a rescue based out of Memphis, Tennessee with fosters and chapters in various parts of the United States. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home as many homeless pets in the mid-south as we possibly can to save them from euthanasia. Their only fault...there are just too many. The euthanasia rate in this city is a staggering 79%. We watch perfectly healthy, well-adjusted pets be euthanized daily because there simply are not enough homes for them all. The solution...stronger spay/neuter laws and education but until then, these pets deserve a future too!
