Hey there!! My name is Dax and I appreciate you stopping by my page! I am one awesome dog (if I do say so myself). I love to play and would make an amazing adventure buddy! I have a lot of energy, so I would definitely be able to keep up with hiking the mountains and trails. I would do best in a home with a large fenced in yard-just to help keep my energy levels at bay (some training classes would help also!) I enjoy cuddling and having my ears scratched also.

I hope you can find some time to come meet with me and give me a chance at a new life!

We require an adoption application be filled out (can be done on-line). Allow 3 business days to process. Contact the shelter to check on status of application. Upon approval fees are $75 for a cat and $125 for a dog which includes vaccinations, altering . Renters need to demonstrate approval of landlord to have pets. Home visit may be done at the discretion of the shelter. Our adoption contract specifies adopters must comply with local animal ordinances and have pet neutered if not already done. Animals must be returned to us if owner is no longer able to care for them
