Meet Mitch, a sweet and gentle senior pup with a heart full of love. This little guy may be on the older side, but he’s still got plenty of spunk and affection to give. Mitch is currently looking for a foster home where he can rest and relax while he waits for a much-needed dental surgery. Despite his current need for some extra care, Mitch is a cuddle bug at heart, always ready to snuggle up for a nap or enjoy a quiet moment with his foster family. If you’re looking to offer comfort to a loving dog while he heals, Mitch would be so grateful to have you by his side! Mitch is in need of a foster home while he awaits further medical treatment.
Foster Reason: Awaiting Dental Surgery
Foster Time Frame: Mitch will need to come see the vet for a dental appointment 11/26. Foster time frame could be longer depending on future medical results and needs.
Foster Care Plan: Mitch has been having some stomach upset due to his stress at the shelter, and we believe that he would do best in a quiet home environment while he waits for further dental treatment. He will have a medical consult upon pickup and the Operation Kindness Foster Team will supply all items necessary for a successful foster journey.
Foster to Adopt Program: Mitch is available through our Foster to Adopt program, which allows pets awaiting or undergoing medical treatment to be placed with prospective adopters before they are made available for adoption.
