Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We are The Little Ones Animal Center, we have been rescuing dogs for over 10 years. We require that any one interested in having a meet and greet with any of our dogs must first fill out an adoption application, no exceptions. Sasha is one of the most well behaved and loving little dog! SASHA, is a terrier mix. These pictures really do not do her justice, she is adorable! She is 2 years old and weights 21 pounds. Sasha a very affectionate little lady! She is spayed and has all of her shots. She is microchipped and has been on flea medication. Sasha enjoys other dog, she loves to go on walks and loves her toys! Sasha is a very good watch dog, she is NOT a barker. She is housebroke and is a quite good sleeper at night. She enjoys riding in a car! Sasha is a fantastic dog. She wants to please and is full of life! Below is the history of Sasha, its quite a story! A JOURNEY OF HOPE: SASHA'S RESCUE STORY Sasha and her 8 puppies were left in a box outside the doors of a high kill county facility where dogs face heartbreaking experiences. This gentle mother's fight for survival caught our attention and touched our hearts deeply. We received an email from this county facility giving us only 72 hours to save Sasha and her puppies from euthanasia. Our dedicated rescue team, 'The Little Ones Animal Center,' sprang into action. Faced with insurmountable odds, we reached out to trusted allies, other rescues in California and several other states and offered a $1,000 reward to seek refuge for Sasha and her pups, only to find all doors briefly closed. Undeterred by these challenges, we turned to the media, reaching out to all the TV news stations to highlight this dire situation. During our relentless efforts, one station heard our plea, spotlighting Sasha's story, which helped to secure her a crucial reprieve of three weeks. When Sasha's puppies reached the age of eight weeks old, they were all adopted, but Sasha once again was placed on the 72 hours euthanasia list by the county facility. We at that point rescued her and she is thriving in her foster home, ready to find her truly forever home!
