Meet Olaf, an 11-month-old Belgian Malinois/Shepherd mix who weighs in at a playful 42 pounds. This goofy guy is undeniably cute and has a heart full of love for other dogs, getting along well with canines of all sizes. With his well-mannered nature and ability to follow basic commands, Olaf makes an excellent companion for families with kids. His friendly demeanor and playful spirit are sure to bring joy to any household looking for a furry friend.

All of Dogs in our care are Spayed/Neutered, microchipped, Heartworm Tested, Vaccinated, and kept current on flea and heartworm preventative. Our adoption fee's are puppies under 6 months-$150, dogs over 6 months-$95, and purebred dogs vary. All of the Cats in our care are Spayed/Neutered, microchipped, Fiv/FeLV Tested, Vaccinated, and kept current on flea preventative. Our adoption fee's are kittens under 6 months-$70 and cats over 6 months-$50.

We do have an adoption application and do not do same day adoptions.

We are open Monday Thru Friday 10am-6pm and on Saturdays from 10am-2pm. We do recommend calling in advanced to make sure we will be open on weekends as we do attend offsite adoption events frequently! Call to make sure the dog you are interested is still at the shelter.

The Hill Country SPCA was chartered as a 501(c) (3) non profit organization in the state of Texas in October, 1997. We are a non-profit, no-kill animal shelter providing services to the Texas Hill Country. Our funding comes strictly from donations, grants, and fundraising events. We are not supported by tax dollars.
