Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
While visiting my wife's parents in June 2023, we rescued four 4-month-old puppies who had been dumped on a county road near north Texas. We took one to the local vet where they prescribed medications to address the flea and hook worm issues they all had.
Though we had not planned on adopting another dog anytime soon, we decided to bring one of the puppies home to OKC and named her Willow. The other three puppies remained in Texas and were each adopted from a shelter by families in the north Dallas area within a few weeks.
We also have a female Corgi that we adopted in December 2019. We have had Willow and Remi in the same household with few issues for over a year now. However, in the past few months, there have been a few instances of aggression between them, and we have decided it would be best to find Willow a new home.
Willow is a smart, playful girl and knows "sit," "down," "off," and "house." She has a lot of energy and enjoys belly rubs. She enjoys playing fetch too!
