How I Arrived At NHS: We were found outside and our mom was scared and ran off so we went into a foster home to be taken care of until we were big enough to come back and be adopted into our new homes.
Notes from my foster mom: Wiggle loves to run and explore. He is fun and playful. He will come to your lap for attention and petting. But he doesn’t care to be grabbed. He likes to be held gently.
Good With Kids: yes Good With Cats: yes Good With Dogs: unknown but possibly with a slow introduction
Cats are feline leukemia/feline immunodeficiency virus tested (if applicable), if there is a litter, one in the litter is tested or the queen is tested. They have had at least their first distemper combo (booster given if been in our care for the appropriate time), been de-wormed, microchipped, and treated with a flea and tick product (if applicable). All the cats are spayed or neutered before they leave for their forever homes.

NHS works to place animals in good, loving homes. Potential families must complete a pre-adoption application. References are required and checked. There may be a 24 to 48 hour waiting period before adoption is finalized. All responsible adults in the family must be in agreement. The goal of NHS is for each adoption to be permanent.
