Meet Gypsy, a sweet, 10-month-old, 65 lb. American Bulldog/Boxer mix with one striking blue eye and one warm brown eye, complemented by her stunning marbled coat. She was rescued from a terrible backyard breeding situation in Stratford by a kind-hearted good samaritan. Despite her rough start in life, Gypsy has blossomed into an affectionate, loving girl who is now looking for her furever home. After being adopted in July, Gypsy is now looking for a new home due to not getting along with one of the dogs in her current household, however, is fine with the other.
Gypsy is a social butterfly who thrives on attention and affection. She adores meeting new people, making dog friends, and being surrounded by love. Whether it’s playtime with other pups, snuggling up with humans, or enjoying adventures, Gypsy’s happiness shines through in everything she does. She's playful and full of energy, loving soccer, squeaky toys, and any chance to frolic in the yard. She’s also fantastic with kids and enjoys their company during her fun-filled days.
This big-hearted girl is well-behaved, house-trained, and crate-trained. She has already mastered a variety of basic commands and is eager to please. Although she enjoys her walks, Gypsy can get a little excited and might pull on the leash, so she benefits from using an easy walk harness. She’s not in a hurry—she prefers to take her time sniffing and exploring her surroundings.
Gypsy’s ideal home would include a fenced yard where she can run and play, as she enjoys the freedom to explore. She also loves car rides and is the perfect travel companion for adventures big and small. When it’s time to pamper her, she’s happy to be bathed and get her nails done, showing off her cooperative side.
Her adoption fee is $450 and she is vaccinated, heartworm negative, microchipped, and spayed. If you are interested in this sweetheart, please complete the application at form.jotform.com/200883908893166. For questions, email info@happilyfureverafter.org.
