Meet Chariot!
Age: Puppy
Weight: 14lbs (estimated to be 25-30lbs when grown)
Breed: Pittie Mix
Good with kids/cats/dogs: lives with dogs and cats (will occasionally chase), kid friendly too
House/crate trained: She is able to use the bathroom independently however is not housebroken and wears diapers and hangs out on washable puppy pads on her own.
Special needs: Scoliosis and a heart murmur She has a wheel chair she gets along great in and a drag bag to flop around the house.
Where foster is located: Milwaukee WI
Chariot is a friendly and spunky pup who is still just a happy puppy. She is both dog and cat friendly, but will occasionally try to chase the cats in her foster home. She LOVES all the people she has met (all ages) and loves to play just as hard as she naps. She loves all the attention, fuzzy beds and toys that she can find and is looking to be just as spoiled in her forever home.
While Chariot is a sweet puppy, she is overcoming some physical challenges. She suffers from scoliosis and this causes her to require a wheelchair (provided to her forever family) or use a drag bag. She is still able to get around and play. Disability experience is not required but dedication is. Her forever family is not only comitting to her cuteness, but also her disability. She will require ongoing care and potentional expenses as she grows.
While there is still some unknowns with her health, what we can guarantee is that she will love and love hard. Her family will be so lucky to get to enjoy such a sweet and friendly pup, could you be that family?

Our adoption process begins with a completed application. From there, we will review references and vet records. The next step is a home visit with your family. This visit may be in person or virtual. At that point, if approved, we will set up a meet and greet with available dogs.
All dogs have an adoption fee of $275 for a single dog or $500 for (bonded) pair, unless otherwise noted.
Note: Pairs must be adopted at the same time to get the reduced adoption fee.
-Applications with incomplete information will not be processed.
- All current dogs in the home must be spayed or neutered, up to date on rabies vaccination, up to date on DHLPP, up to date on Heartworm testing and preventative.
- All cats in the home must be spayed or neutered and up to date on a rabies vaccination or wellness exam.
- None of our dogs will be adopted to prospective owners who mislead or fail to provide accurate information on the adoption application and/or the adoption contract. Albert's Dog Lounge reserves the right to refuse adoption to anyone.
- You must agree that if you are no longer able to keep your rescue dog for whatever reason, the dog will be returned to Albert's Dog Lounge. The adopter must agree to never attempt to sell or rehome the dog at any point.
