LIKES: running around with his other foster puppies, cuddling up in your arms, following around his favorite resident dog.
DISLIKES: suddenly being picked up, being left alone
PERSONALITY TRAITS: Roscoe loves one on one attention and, although he gets a little nervous, he will quickly cuddle into your arms.
POTTY TRAINING STATUS: Using potty pads, but mostly potty trained when taken out frequently.
CRATE TRAINING STATUS: He sleeps through the night in a crate or x-pen.
EXTRAS/MISC.: Roscoe will jump up and down and absolutely bounce with excitement when seeing his people. He is a high-energy puppy who, at times, gets nervous in too much chaos. He gladly accepts some gentle love and reassuring when he’s uneasy.

Qualifying applicants will be contacted by our Adoption Coordinator with information about the next steps and setting up a Meet and Greet. Our process is not a “first come, first served” process. Our team carefully reviews and interviews applicants to find the best fit for each adoptable dog and potential family. Filling out an application in no way guarantees you a dog or a response email as we get hundreds of applications and choose the best home for the dog.
Distemper/Parvo boosters, and rabies shot, microchip, and spay/neuter surgery are included with the adoption fee. You will also receive a PetSmart puppy packet with hundreds of dollars of savings, a FREE bag of food, 30 minute private training session with a certified dog trainer, and a free checkup at Banfield.
Potential adopters must live within 30 miles of Eugene, Oregon. If you live outside the 30 mile radius, still send us an email, as we will can make exceptions if the circumstances are optimal for the dog or puppy.
